When people search for a murder mystery experience, they’re usually not looking for a box on the kitchen table. They want an event: a story unfolding around them, a room full of suspects, and that feeling that you’ve stepped into an Agatha Christie movie.
That’s exactly what our ticketed events are designed to deliver. (Though we do box sets too – so if you ARE looking for something to do at home… check those out!)
What makes a murder mystery experience feel immersive?
Immersion isn’t about being forced to act. It’s about being pulled into the story.
A great experience has:
- A clear story you can follow (we have a team of crime writers who excel in this)
- Moments where the room reacts as one – gasps, laughter, debate even the odd boo!
- Plenty of clues to reward the keener sleuths
- Enough breathing space to enjoy dinner, drinks, and the company
The immersive end of the spectrum: cruise weekends and digital weekends
If you want maximum “we’re in this world for the whole weekend,” our two-night cruise weekends are the bees knees. Two nights of murder mystery, fully acted, and built for guests who want the full murder mystery experience.
If you want immersion without travel, our digital weekends bring the best of our experiences to you across multiple sessions. We supply two nights of murder mystery, plus optional extras like an escape game session, puzzle boxes, quiz and cook-along workshops.
The Single night experience
We run single night murder mystery events up and down the country every year, hosting a range of nights where you can purchase tickets from us directly, as well as those where you need to purchase tickets from the venue itself.
In addition to our public events, we also offer private hosting for families and companies looking for a private immersive murder mystery evening exclusively for them – many of which are customized to order to ensure maximum fun for all.
What if I’m worried it’ll be awkward?
Totally fair question. You don’t need to be loud, confident, or theatrical to enjoy this.
And if you have accessibility needs, please reach out before you book. Jo (our owner) used to be an occupational therapist, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Sometimes venues have limitations, but if we know what you need, we can often bring additional materials so you don’t miss out on clues.
Planning for a group size
Many guests come in pairs or small groups. If you’re a larger group and want to sit together, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.

If you’re ready for a proper night out (or a full weekend escape), the next step is to buy tickets for a date that suits.
