(Believe it or not the first murder mystery we ran, we asked people to bring a plate… and we didn’t mean food, we meant the actual crockery as we didn’t have enough!!)

If you’re planning a fun night with friends, then you want to ensure the entertainment is not going to let you down. Your guests may have spent time and money getting costumes together and finding accessories. You want an experience that will be fun and entertaining, enjoyable and something that your friends will talk about for months and years to come.

Each game has a video inspector and again this isn’t AI generated. It’s been filmed with a professional actor who delivers the inspector role so you can enjoy the game as a suspect too. (No boring host role for you).

We also work with you to help with uneven gender numbers (the main reason all our games now come with 2 gender neutral guests as standard so there’s more flexibility), as well as changing content if one of your guests has a particular sensitivity, or is from a religious group and needs things squeeky clean. (The reason the company exists is because Jo’s church youth group wanted a murder mystery and there was nothing suitable for them on the market and no way to check the content before purchasing to check it was suitable!)

Jo (boss) used to be an Occupational Therapist in a former career. This means she’s very keen on ensuring everyone is able to play and will work to adjust print settings or delivery to make it possible for as many people as possible to join in and have fun.

We made the decision at the outset of the company to pay authors a royalty that was above industry standard. This means authors earn a fair wage for every murder mystery game purchased from us which allows them the freedom to hone their craft but also supports them and their family with day to day spends like vet bills and university fees. (None of our authors are millionaires.) But a few of our writers have gone on to write books on the back of the encouragement we’ve provided.

We also support charities 365 days a year – providing 65% discount to charities looking to put on large scale events. Each Boxing day we also donate all sales to a charity nominated by the staff each year. Your support paying us a fair price for our games ensures we can continue to do this.
