What Types of Corporate Events Do You Offer?

We specialise in murder mystery, puzzle solving and mystery experiences occasionally branching out into puzzle trails and scavenger style hunts for specific groups. These are our specialisms:

• Murder Mystery Events: Perfect for team building and entertainment, delivered either in person or virtually, DIY or fully cast.
• Virtual Escape Rooms: Ideal for remote teams looking to connect.
• Escape games: Similar to in person escape rooms – these are designed as team activities and can cope with larger numbers at a time than escape rooms.
• Custom Corporate Event Experiences: Tailored to your company’s needs, whether in person or virtual.  If you’ve got specific custom requirements e.g. the addition of specific information you want covering in the plot, like a new brand launch, then we can tailor our games to suit!

How Do Your Events Foster Team Building?

Can You Customise a Corporate Event for My Team?

Absolutely! We specialise in creating bespoke experiences. Whether you want to incorporate your company’s branding, tailor the storyline to your industry, or include specific team goals or “funnies”, we’ll work with you to craft an event that’s uniquely yours.

What’s the Ideal Group Size for Your Events?

We cater to groups of all sizes:

• Small Teams: Intimate events for groups as small as 4-12 people.
• Large Gatherings: We can accommodate up to 200+ participants for larger events, either in person or virtually.

The largest corporate events we’ve run have been several thousand.  The smallest just 4.  The most common group sizes we work with have between 40 and 80 guests.

How Far in Advance Should I Book?

That will very much depend on what you need.  For live in person events you’ll get the best value experience with 6 weeks notice but we have turned events around within 7 days before. (We even did one with 12 hours notice… though that’s not recommended!!)

For virtual events we recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure we have enough time to tailor the experience to your needs. But again we have handled events with very minimal notice before, especially for groups who have been let down by a different supplier.

For larger or highly customised events, earlier booking is advised as this allows us time to write your game specifically for you.  If in doubt – just call to discuss options.  We try not to say “yes” as much as possible.

What Does a Virtual Corporate Event Look Like?

Our virtual events are designed to be as interactive and engaging as in person experiences. Our preference is for zoom as we find this has most interactive tools within it, but we have run our events in Teams, Bluejeans, Hop-in, Skype, Google Meets, and a variety of other lesser known platforms!

Here’s what you can expect:

• A dedicated host (or 2) to guide the event.
• Interactive activities, such as solving puzzles or mysteries for your team to take part in.
• Optional physical touch points, like props or clues, which can be physically mailed to participants in advance.
• Optional snack and drink boxes which can be physically mailed to participants in advance.

What Are the Costs Involved?

Our pricing varies depending on the type and size of the event. Here’s a general breakdown:

• Standard Murder Mystery Events: Affordable and fun for most budgets prices start at £370 when hosted virtually.
• Custom Corporate Event Experiences: Prices start at £2200, depending on complexity and type of event.
• Virtual Escape Rooms: Prices start at £370 when hosting small teams, but we have hosted 5000 participants for around £1 per user before.

As costs flex depending on style of event, number of those taking part and notice period – it’s always best to get a personalised quote.  Just get in touch with our team for a tailored quote.

How Do I Convince My Boss to Approve the Budget?

What If I Need Help Sourcing Venue / Catering etc?

No problem! If you’re looking for an “all inclusive” corporate event planning service that will source venue, catering, accommodation etc, then we work hand in glove with a number of trusted event planner partners who can supply the end to end service for you ensuring one bill to them covers all suppliers (including us).  The reason we do this is that they often have agreements worked out with venues, giving you the best value for money, which we just can’t hope to match.  So you’ll get a much better deal working with them.
