However – things aren’t exactly rocking at the diner this evening when Elvis is found outside, dead in the garbage!
His death comes as a great shock to both the leather clad G-birds and the pink jacketed Fuchsia Girls. However more shocks are to follow when the police arrive and announce that the killer is one of them!

How do these games kits work?
This format of game is ideal for novice hosts.
This particular game format requires 7 (or 8) cast who can also participate as “detectives” to if wished, use of 1 large room with stage area, and a few easy to obtain prop clues.
This mystery requires very little rehearsal time, and the cast do not need to learn any lengthy back story. Cast can usually manage to perform the short skits after just 30 minutes to an hour run through on the day, or can act “script in hand” throughout the performance.
Two murders occurs during the event. Usually one happens before the first script (and is announced within that script, and one occurs mid way through the evening.
Your guests will play the role of detectives. You can have any number of detectives, your only limit is the size of your room, and confidence of your cast. Performing for large groups over 100 in number, your cast may benefit from added sound support.
The audience will watch 2 fully acted scenes, witness two murders and will be required to solve the case by bartering and exchanging clues between the teams in order to see as much information about the case as possible.
This style of murder mystery usually works best with 40+ guests.
Introducing the suspects
Detective Inspector Johnny B. Goode – The police officer sent to solve the crime
Efficient in his own peculiar way, Johnny B. Goode has an unusual method of solving crimes – he involves everyone!
Tony – Leader of the G-Birds
Charming and very cool in his leather jacket and tight jeans, Tony is the easy-going, strong and confident leader of the G-Birds.
Kenny – Second in command of the G-Birds
With leathers and jeans to match Tony, Kenny is a passionate tough guy who likes to think he is God’s gift to women and can’t work out why he is continually rebuffed.
Ron – Dweeb
In glasses and beige clothing, Ron looks like a typical high-school nerd. He also works part-time at the diner.
Frizzo – Leader of the Fuchsia Girls
Good looking, but fiercely independent, Frizzo is the leader of the pink jacketed Fuchsia Girls and a challenge for any man.
Martina – One of the Fuchsia Girls
Part of the pink jacketed gang, Martina is attractive and flirtatious and drives all the men around her crazy.
Candy – Golden Girl
Wholesome and sweet, Candy is always polite and studious, but secretly desires to be part of the Fuchsia girls. Unfortunately she isn’t and so just has a plain cardigan and skirt.

The inspector can usually be male or female as the “for real” inspector can simply invent a new name for themselves.
Some hosts prefer to play the inspector role as it means they can work on the catering while the round plays out amongst their guests.
