It is 1913 and once again the Blue Star Line?s flagship finds itself at the centre of some controversy.

It would be unreasonable to suggest that a stolen wedding anniversary present is in the same league as that messy business with an iceberg which befell the previous holder of such status, but this is no ordinary present. Besides, it was with caution and the previous adverse publicity in mind that the Blue Star Line decided to make the first leg of this trip a ?trial run? from Scotland to Finland, before braving another maiden Atlantic crossing.

In other words, the Blue Star Line is very keen indeed to ensure that the RMS Gigantic with all its grandeur and refinery receives nothing but positive press coverage - so any kind of theft would be bad news. However, a theft with links to the British royal family really is alarming ?

Dishonour on the RMS Gigantic is a murder-less mystery.

The suspects:

• Richard Nouveau-Riche - Dodgy dealer in curios and collectibles.
  Dressed in the loudest fashions of the day, Richard hides his wealth from no-one.



• Marion Nouveau-Riche - Long suffering wife.
  Although she yearns for a quieter life and dresses down her wealth, Marion always speaks her mind.



• Kate Wingsitt - Professional dancer.
  Dressed to twirl. Kate loves to dance and entertain, but money always waltzes away from her!



• Charles Champagne - The champagne socialist.
  Obsessed with the plight of the working man, Charles dresses just like one.



• Gerry Van Der Halliwell - The experimental musician.
  Gerry ALWAYS wears orange to reflect her fierce Dutch patriotism.



• Reverend I.T.Best - Efficiency is all.
  Reverend Best carries his orderly paperwork and fine pocket watch wherever he goes.



• Celine De Lyon - The singer.
  Iconic singing star with the trappings and jewellery to match. But Celine can never have enough?



• Dr Doeslittle - The vet.
  Dr Doeslittle is interested only in wildlife and has no time for anything else. Like buying clothes, or going to work.



• Dilly Duster - The Chambermaid.
  Dilly works in the first class cabins, seeing the lives of people from a different world.



• Jack DeCaprio - The chancer.
  Third class passenger Jack is a cheeky rogue with an eye for the ladies, and a physique to impress them.



• Sir Wyn Davies - The interior designer.
  Fine and upstanding expert in interior design, with flamboyant dress sense.



• Anne Ocean - A female inventor.
  Full of ingenious ideas, Anne is much more absent minded when it comes to dress and tends to wear men?s clothing as it is so much more practical.

Never run a murder-less mystery before? Then don't panic!

There is no special acting required. Guests do not need to memorise any information, and everything they need to play their parts is provided to them in a handy printable booklet. The games are constructed so that everyone has to interact, and scripted dialogues are included to help break the ice and get everyone into character. Even total novices get into the swing of things quite quickly!

The game includes the option of either a sound file, or a script for the Master at Arms who provides the setting, clues, and summaries for each round, as well as the final solution. Which means as host, you too can play and remain completely in the dark as to the culprit.
