We return telephone calls and emails within 24 hours where possible. If you do not get a response within that time please ring or email us again. There may have been some unforeseen glitch in the communication system.

If you live outside the UK and would like to speak to someone please provide us with your international dialling code and time zone. This prevents us from ringing you at unsocial hours! Please bear in mind we don’t work sundays.

We prefer email contact in the first instance as answering machine messages are sometimes unclear. Please indicate if you would prefer to speak to someone and we will do our best.
